ParticipantThat's probably why if someone detected with high UA under normal lab circumstance(empty stomach), he/she is already at tipping point of threashold across the supersaturaion. Plus with the gout related defficiencies(over produce/under excretion), crystal would come enmass as soon as they capture the joint. This concludes dietary does make a difference expecially if you are not treated long term.

It seems like other types of joint inflammation such as rheumatoid arthritis (RA) or OA if untreated could actually induce gout flare up at the already inflammed joints, just a thought.
